Web Developer

This is a full-time, on-site Web Developer role based in Mumbai. The Web Developer will be responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing responsive websites and web applications, collaborating closely with designers, content creators, and marketing teams. Day-to-day tasks include developing front-end interfaces, implementing back-end functionality, integrating APIs, and ensuring cross-browser and cross-device compatibility. The role also involves troubleshooting issues, improving site performance, and adhering to best practices in security, accessibility, and SEO-friendly development. The Web Developer will contribute to project planning, provide technical input on digital solutions, and support continuous improvement of the agency’s web development standards.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong skills in Web Development and Programming, with experience building and maintaining modern web applications.

Candidates should possess front-end skills in Front-End Development and Web Design, including responsive layouts and user-focused interfaces.

Candidates should possess back-end skills in Back-End Web Development, including server-side logic, database integration, and API development.

Candidates should demonstrate proficiency with relevant technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and at least one modern framework or library (e.g., React, Vue, Angular).

Candidates should have experience with server-side languages and frameworks (e.g., Node.js, PHP, Python, or similar) and relational or NoSQL databases.

Candidates should be familiar with version control systems (e.g., Git), build tools, and deployment workflows.

Candidates should have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced agency environment.

A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
