Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate and energetic

Frontend Product Development Engineer I

to join our growing engineering team. The ideal candidate has strong fundamentals in JavaScript, modern UI frameworks, and frontend development principles. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build intuitive, scalable, and high-performance web interfaces for our AI-driven talent experience platform.

Responsibilities

Develop and enhance responsive web applications using JavaScript, AngularJS, ReactJS, HTML, and CSS.

Work with senior engineers to translate UI/UX designs into high-quality, reusable components.

Optimize application performance and ensure seamless user experience across devices.

Participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting.

Collaborate with backend, QA, and product teams to deliver new features and improvements.

Follow best practices in frontend development, including version control, testing, and documentation.

Technical Skills Required

Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+).

Hands-on experience with AngularJS and/or ReactJS.

Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design.

Basic understanding of REST APIs and frontend-backend integration.

Knowledge of Git or similar version control systems.

Good understanding of browser behavior, DOM manipulation, and debugging tools.

Good to Have

Exposure to TypeScript.

Knowledge of UI performance optimization techniques.

Familiarity with Agile development practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.

1+ years of experience in frontend development.
