Design, build, and maintain GenAI/RAG applications on Databricks (Unity Catalog, vector search, model serving, Knowledge Assistant-style architectures)
Build agentic solutions using Databricks Agent Bricks and related tooling to automate multi-step reasoning and decision workflows
Build and optimize RAG pipelines using open-source frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar), including chunking, embeddings, and retrieval tuning
Design and refine system prompts and agent guidelines for accuracy and reliability across multi-turn interactions
Monitor and improve model/agent performance - context retention, latency, and cost optimization
Set up and run evaluations for agentic/LLM solutions to continuously measure quality, accuracy, and reliability
Set up observability (tracing, logging, metrics) for agentic applications and APIs, preferably using Open Telemetry
Design and build APIs using FastAPI (or a similar modern framework) to expose GenAI/agentic capabilities to other systems
Design data models and integrate with transactional databases (e.g., PostgreSQL) supporting GenAI/agentic applications
Apply sound software design and solution architecture principles to ensure GenAI/agentic systems are maintainable, scalable, and production-ready

Strong Python and software engineering fundamentals, including solution design and architecture for production-grade applications
Experience evaluating, testing, and monitoring LLM/agentic applications, including quality, accuracy, observability, and performance
Experience building and integrating APIs using FastAPI or similar frameworks
Working knowledge of Azure cloud services and PostgreSQL or similar relational databases
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability, with fluency in English, both written and verbal
Good to Have
Basic exposure to Microsoft Copilot Studio or a similar low-code conversational AI platform
