Associate Software Engineer - Maximo

Technical Skills

Basic understanding of enterprise applications and software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Scrum concepts.

Basic knowledge of DevOps concepts, CI/CD pipelines, and release management.

Exposure to Azure DevOps, Jira, ServiceNow, or similar tools is preferred.

Understanding of databases, APIs, and system integrations is desirable.

Exposure to IBM Maximo or Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) solutions is an advantage but not required.

Soft Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to changing priorities.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work collaboratively within a global team environment.
