Artificial Intelligence Engineer

Role Description

The Artificial Intelligence Engineer is a full-time remote role responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI models and solutions that address real-world problems. Day-to-day tasks include building and training machine learning models, implementing neural network architectures, and applying pattern recognition techniques to structured and unstructured data. The role also involves working with natural language processing (NLP) systems, integrating AI components into software applications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to define requirements and optimize performance. The engineer will document methodologies, maintain code quality, and stay current with emerging AI frameworks, tools, and research to continuously improve solutions.

Qualifications

Strong foundation in Computer Science and Software Development, including data structures, algorithms, version control, and testing practices.

Proficiency in Pattern Recognition and Neural Networks, with experience in designing, training, and evaluating machine learning and deep learning models.

Hands-on experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP), including text preprocessing, model training, and deployment of language-based solutions.

Solid programming skills in languages commonly used in AI (such as Python), and familiarity with ML/DL frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate effectively with diverse technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Experience with cloud platforms, APIs, and MLOps concepts for deploying and monitoring AI solutions is beneficial.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a commitment to ethical and responsible AI practices.
